Felicity Green
Strategic Planning Specialist
Felicity Green has been helping for-purpose leaders to develop strategies for over two decades.
Specialising in not-for-profit and government strategic planning, she works alongside executive teams and boards to develop pathways to greater impact and organisational resilience. As opposed to ‘consulting robots’, Felicity brings a refreshingly human approach to her projects. Her facilitation approach is enjoyable but not frivolous, and she amends her style for different audiences in order to drive outcomes-driven conversation. She is known for crafting crisp strategic narratives that ensure the strategic concepts can remain a live conversation well after the project has ended.

Felicity and Richard worked with CANA, to which I am the board Chair, to help us develop our plan on a page as well as strategic planning and review for the next 3-5 years. They were thoroughly professional, great to work with, understood our space, and the needs of the not for profit sector, and for us, the environment and sustainability movement. The outputs they delivered were excellent, and the process, engagement and facilitation was great as well. I would recommend them to others in the space, and will use them again when I get the chance.
