Having worked in philanthropy for 14 years, Elena has developed a deep understanding of what funders are looking for and how organisations can better position themselves for funding opportunities by improving their impact measurement.

Elena has assisted numerous organisations to navigate the complexity of developing their theory of change, conducted data audits, developed impact measurement frameworks and accompanying surveys and designed implementation toolkits to help monitor performance over time. Elena’s approach is very practical. She always starts with a question: “Why do you need an impact measurement framework, and how will you use it?”
