Barb is a deeply experienced coach working closely with leaders and teams for over 10 years across the social purpose sector, including those operating in the NDIS, Health, Justice, Indigenous and First Nations, and Arts communities.
Through her executive and team coaching, Barb works at both the individual and systematic levels of organisations to support leaders to develop their self-awareness, effectiveness, and personal sustainability all within the pressures of constantly changing environments. Her deep understanding of what it takes to create positive values-based cultures, build cohesive teams and work strategically has supported organisations across the spectrum, whether they are small and agile; or highly complex multi-layered.
