After 10 years working in large charities, Amy was drawn to help smaller organisations run by passionate people to grow their impact. She is a strong advocate for creating safe and inclusive work environments and ensuring impact delivery does not result in burnout in the sector. Her mantra is "the cost of fundraising should not include our people”.
Away from work, Amy is usually heading off in her caravan with her husband and two kids who she affectionately nicknames "The Wildlings".
