An innovative new online consultation service designed to support Australian not-for-profits (NFPs) was launched in Melbourne today (Thursday, 5 September), at an event attended by more than 200 social sector leaders.

On Thursday 5 September in Melbourne, 200 Benefolk Network specialists, grantmakers and leaders from community groups, social enterprises and charities from across Australia gathered at Aerial South Wharf to celebrate the launch of Benefolk EXPERT BAR. 

One of Australia’s largest, 100% customer-owned and Certified B Corp banks, Beyond Bank Australia, has joined forces with professional services social enterprise Benefolk to help strengthen the financial wellbeing of social purpose organisations.

Benefolk has been included in a documentary prepared by The NSW Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) looking back on the impact of their investment in flood recovery during 2022/23. As The Xfactor Collective, we received a grant to deliver training and provide support to local NFPs.
